The K house
Roccamare, Castiglione della Pescaia, Grosseto
Casa K is located in Roccamare, a seaside locality that was born from a "gated community" project developed by the architect Ugo Miglietta from 1963.
The original building was a holiday home that is located a few meters from the unspoilt tuscan Maremma sea.

The house, with a flat roof and stone cladding, is reminiscent of the style of Frank Lloyd Wright, and the current owners have requested a major renovation, while maintaining the original principles of the building, resulting in a villa with essential and rigorous lines that dialogue with the environment that surrounds it.
The space revolves around the large central hall, spectator of the surrounding nature.
The interiors are almost monastic because it is the exterior that has the protagonist’s role conquered with its colors, its scents and the sound of the sea.
